A virtual Reiki session includes a personalized, remote energy healing experience from the comfort of your own space. Each session begins with a 10-minute check-in to discuss your needs, intentions, and any areas of concern. During the session, your practitioner will connect with your energy to help clear blockages, balance your energy, and promote relaxation. Afterward, we'll take 5 minutes to review the session's outcomes, share insights, and provide guidance to support your ongoing healing. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space to relax and receive the benefits of Reiki.
